Working with the United State Armed Forces is a privilege.  It demands the highest level of precision, workmanship, and fulfillment. Few bars are set higher.  We are honored and proud to have worked with our nation’s military since 1989.

In 2012, the United States Air Force tapped Sea Box Inc. to design and build 89 containerized hygiene systems for deployment around the world – both CONUS & OCONUS.  In September of 2017, Sea Box was awarded a second contract consisting of 86 more facilities.  

Each system consists of four insulated and temperature-controlled ISO certified Bicon expandable shelters and one ISO certified storage container.   The complexity of these facilities is compounded by the need to perform off the grid and in harsh environments.  Sea Box’s precision machining shop, The Inventor’s Shop custom manufactured many of the integral components making on-site base integration seamless.  Each system is promptly assembled with plug & play capability pursuant to the military’s Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR) Program.  Additionally, facilities can be readily disassembled for quick redeployment without harm to their future performance.

On schedule and deployed – Sea Box completed all the contracted systems and shipped out the last one this past summer to our troops overseas.  They are now in use by US Air Force service members.
