Set Up Services for Relocatable Simulation Shelter 8S

Part Number: SB3897.RSS.8S.SETUP

Provide all labor, equipment and services necessary to set up Relocatable Simulator Shelter (RSS).

Services include but are not limited to:

Pre-installation site survey and preparation of Site Survey Report
Providing and operating required material handling tools and equipment (Forklifts, Crane, Dumpster and Man Lift)
Unloading RSS components from truck and positioning in place on site
Erecting all RSS components/structures including, but not limited to: roof(s), bracing, paneling, platforms, wall panels, etc.
Positioning and connecting frame structures
Positioning and connecting external components including, but not limited to: ECU, platforms, ducting, lighting, etc.
Installing and connecting internal components including ductwork, electrical system, lighting, etc.
Anchoring shelter to concrete pad
Onsite acceptance testing

The following services are not included with Sea Box’s Site Set Up. These elements are the responsibility of the government/customer:

Pour concrete pad in accordance with Sea Box Site Prep Document
Provide staging area roughly 75’ long x 75’ wide with stable ground cover pathway to concrete pad
Ensure an approx. 20’ working perimeter around the RSS concrete pad with stable ground cover
Configure electrical power
Connect RSS main power supply
Re-grade/seed around concrete pad and pathway to staging area
Routine maintenance
Take-down and relocation
